The Business of Organic Agriculture
The organic market is beginning to overcome the ignorance and fears of consumers with the proliferation of new proposals, from restaurants to small organic food organic supermarket chains.
The International Federation of Organic Agriculture Movements (IFOAM) and Research Institute of Organic Agriculture (FiBL) presented the latest statistics on organic agriculture worldwide at BioFach 2009. The results of the study entitled “The World of Organic Agriculture: Statistics and Emerging Trends 2009″ were presented to the world’s largest fair trade of organic products.

The mix of Berries & Apple (apple, strawberry, blueberry and raspberry), Apple Chips, Apple Strawberry Chips chocolate and chocolate will be sold in gourmet shops, food stores, hotels and supermarkets.
Until now these products are exported in bulk in the international market, but with funding that the company obtained the FIA, could add value, design, packaging and market research for distribution in the country.
“This allows us to contribute to healthy and innovative products for consumers looking to maintain a balanced diet,” said Peter Brunner, CEO of Salus Floradix.
