When you want to make the analysis and planning for the budget in the office fit out, you can start by making the list on essential items needed for your office to run well. You can make the list not only in the min rooms but also in other rooms including the rest room, copy room, etc. after that, you need to make a list on the price of the items on the monthly basis. The cost has to be applied for each item.
After that, you can start looking for the vendors that offer the best quality and price for the supplies needed. Then, you can evaluate and review the budget on the monthly basis based on the total vendor estimates to your current original estimation.
